CLASSES

Mat

Mat is ideal for those new to Pilates. It can be done anywhere, you don’t even need a Mat, just a bit of space.

Classes are designed to work the full body. We often add in small props that help support or challenge you but most of the challenge comes from working with our own bodies.

Reformer

Reformer seems to be getting all the attention recently, however it has been around for about 100 years.

The Reformer is essentially a moving carriage attached to springs. The springs add additional resistance which can help challenge or support the body depending on the exercise.

Tower

Another piece of the Pilates equipment, the Tower consists of a static platform with a vertical frame at one end.

The vertical frame holds various springs, straps and bars which can be used to do a wide range of exercises. The main advantage of the tower is that it invites length in the body.

Studio

Studio sessions are tailored to your needs. These bespoke classes are for individuals or small groups (max 4 people) and designed around your needs.

We can use the full range of Pilates equipment as well as Matwork. They are a great opportunity to work on injury rehabilitation, to achieve a specific goal or to deep dive into exercises you find challenging.
